Tiger Big Cat 4.5 inch type 27 high density flap discs are designed to provide the widest footprint in the industry for grinding steel and stainless steel.
The wider flaps, combined with the thicker high density profile, offer better conformity to curved and irregular surfaces, resulting in a consistent finish.
These flap discs last 30-40% longer than standard density flap discs.
The high density flap design is particularly effective for grinding between 0° – 15°, conforming to irregular surfaces.
Featuring 80 grit abrasive grain, these discs are ideal for blending, rust removal, cleaning, and finishing with a right angle grinder.
The metal 5/8" - 11 nut allows for quick changeovers and prevents the disc from sticking to the spindle, ensuring efficient operation.
