Shipping policy

Interline ships to customers in the United States using reputable carriers including FedEx & UPS. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping & handling, and rates are based upon package dimensions, weight, and delivery times. Shipping rates are subject to change in the case of shipping rate miscalculations at the time of your order. In the case of a change to a customer's shipping costs, the customer will be notified and their order can be cancelled & refunded in full if desired. 

Various shipping options are available to meet our customers' needs. Same-day in-store pickup during regular business hours at our headquarters in New Castle, PA is available. We offer the following shipping options from UPS or similar*

  • UPS Ground: 4 business days
  • UPS 3 Day Select: 3 business days
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver: 1 business day
  • UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day
  • UPS Next Day Air Early: 1 business day

International orders will pay extra for shipping, and must contact Interline directly by phone or email to place your order. International ordering is not available online.
