Proposition 65, the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, was enacted as a ballot initiative in November 1986. Proposition 65 is a “right-to-know law” and the presence of a warning does not determine whether a product is safe or unsafe nor does it mean a product is in violation of any product-safety standards or requirements. Upon extensive consultation with our suppliers and manufacturers, we do not believe that our products will cause significant harm when used as intended. We are providing the following warning for this product to comply with California law and out of an abundance of caution to mitigate the risk of unnecessary litigation.
